Welcome

Thank you for visiting our site, we hope you find it helpful and look forward to seeing you at one of our meetings.

We are a friendly group with a common interest in gardening. We meet each month and our talks are varied with a wide range of excellent speakers, on all aspects of gardening.

Members also have the opportunity to join zoom meetings at various times in the year and listen to speakers from other parts of the country.

We have a sales table which sells various gardening sundries and often plants. As well as speakers we also have trips and visits to gardens through the summer months, a Lymm V/illage Plant Fair and an annual meal.

Members recieve discounts at some local nurseries and garden centres (see bottom of this page for details.)

We also have an RHS card offering free entry to RHS Gardens, which can be borrowed by members - please enquire at any meeting.

We have closed our Bank Account with Santander and opened a new account with NatWest. For details about payments online please contact any committee member. Card payments using the sumup device will continue to be available

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month (not Aug or Dec)
At Lymm Baptist Church Higher Lane WA13 0AZ
Meetings begin at 7.30pm followed by refreshments
Please bring your own mug, to save volunteers from washing up, mugs are available
Visitors very welcome - 5.00 pounds includes tea/coffee and delicious home made cake
Annual membership fee 20.00 pounds

Bulbs all the year round

talk by Ingrid and John Millington of Hillview Hardy Plants

The Millingtons will tell us about a whole range of bulbous plants, to give you a parade of flowers as the months go by. Bulbs are not just for Easter. Their nursery in Shropshire holds 3 National Plant Collections which includes some rare South African species. The Millingtons have a busy schedule of visits to Plant Fairs, however this is your opportunity to talk to them, and if you wish, buy plants, here on your doorstep.

This meeting will be at Lymm Baptist Church at 7.30 Visitors are very welcome

Zoom Meetings available to Members

We have affiliated our club to the Tender Shoots Network and via this we are able to attend a gardening related Zoom talk each month. This does not cost anything extra for Lymm Garden Club Members and if you are a member you will receive, via email, the appropriate links and passwords to join these meeting.
